Cancellation Policy At Graceful Healing:
We value your time and strive to provide you with the best possible care. To ensure fairness and continuity of service, we kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation guidelines: Advance Notice – We encourage you to notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. – Please send your cancellation request via email to: info.gracefulhealling@gmail.com No-Fee Cancellations – Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment time will incur no fees and any prepayments will be fully refunded or applied to a future session, per your preference. Late Cancellations – Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the session cost. – This fee may be waived in cases of genuine emergency; please indicate the nature of the emergency in your cancellation email. Missed Appointments (“No-Shows”) – Appointments missed without any prior notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the session fee. How to Cancel or Reschedule – Email your full name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling to info.gracefulhealing@gmal.com. – You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed. Exceptions & Emergencies – We understand that unforeseen events happen. If you must cancel within 24 hours due to sudden illness, accident, or other emergencies, please let us know. We will do our best to waive fees on a case-by-case basis.
